Elizabeth Pantley Offers More Nap Advice With Her Latest Book

You know that just I love help for moms! Any book, any product, any advice that’s going to help a mom is A-Ok in my book. One of my favorite helpers for new moms is Elizabeth Pantley, author of the “No – Cry Solution” series of books and publisher of the website designed to help help parents, www.pantley.com.

Elizabeth writes books for moms that actually work. All of her books are well-researched and easy to read. Here’s the best part – the advice actually works. Pantley is a mom just like you, working it out day by day and sharing her practical, doable advice with us. Her website is a great resource, too. I especially love the blank sleep logs that moms can download for free – free I tell you!

In her latest book, The No-Cry Nap Solution, Elizabeth has given us some of her greatest advice yet. One of her best pieces of advice is how to avoid having your infant consistently falling asleep in your arms instead of their crib. Pantley says, “You can avoid creating this almost inevitable scenario by placing your baby in her crib, cradle, hammock, or cradle-swing when she is comfortable and drowsy but not entirely asleep.” Pantley is so right on this one. Put the baby down drowsy and not completely asleep and you will teach him how to fall asleep on his own. That one piece of advice can make the difference between a baby learning to fall asleep on her own and a baby who is your constant bed mate.

Elizabeth has a total of nine books to help with parenting to her credit. She’s a parent, too, if you can imagine. Check her out while your little one is taking a nap, and solve all you napping problems. You won’t be sorry.

Check out Pantley’s other books, too, she knows what she is talking about.
